This class will take you through a steady paced, full body series with an emphasis on connecting movement with breath. Develop core stability and increase your range of motion. Slow down. Be present. Take care of your body, mind, and spirit.
This class is the perfect balance between hard and soft. We've developed a hardcore 40min Boxing workout followed by a 20min deep Yoga flow. You will get the benefits of strength, cardio, and conditioning training, followed by the mobility, flexibility, and focus of Yoga.
There are a million excuses why not to try Yoga. "It's just stretching, I'm not flexible, it's boring." Not true! As Baron Baptiste, the founder of Baptiste Power Vinyasa once said, "You have to be willing to show up and suck before you can show up and shine."
