Refund Policy

You agree, on your behalf and/or as the legal guardian/representative of the participant(s) under 18 years of age, that the participant is in suitable physical condition to engage in physical activity, or that they have been cleared by a physician to participate. You understand and agree that participation in this program is at the participant’s and your own risk and discretion. You consent to the use of photos and videos for advertising and social media purposes by Inner Warrior Fitness. You release Inner Warrior Fitness and its staff from any liability or responsibility for injuries or damages sustained during normal participation in these programs.

For Memberships:

you acknowledge and agree to the cancelation policy in that You may request to cancel your membership at any time PRIOR to you monthly payment date with no penalty. Cancel requests submitted on or after the payment date cannot be accepted. Once payment has been made, no refunds or credits are possible. Any discounts that may be associated with your membership will be discontinued upon cancelation of said membership.
You further acknowledge and agree that You may request to put a hold on your membership PRIOR to your payment date for up to 6 months, and that holds beyond 6 months are not possible.
You must provide a specific beginning and end date for a hold to be processed. Payments will automatically resume at the end date of the hold request and can not be refunded.
If a Promotional package is being used, you understand and agree that this price is for the promotional period only and that You are signing up for an ongoing monthly membership. All future months will automatically be charged at the regular price for this program unless canceled BEFORE the billing date. Cancelations may be done by following the cancelation policy outlined above. This deal can only be used once per participant. In the event of a cancelation, client's can not return using the same promotion.
Failed payments will have a grace period of 14 days. After this grace period, unpaid accounts will be canceled and services will end. Any and all discounts will be canceled and not applicable at re-registration.

For Passes:

You understand that your pass will not expire, and will be active for your use until such time as the classes run out. You agree that You must reserve your spot in class, and cancel the spot in the event You can not attend or your pass will be deducted 1 class.

For Personal Training Passes

You understand and agree that your sessions, once booked with the trainer, are subject to a 24hr cancelation policy. Sessions canceled with less that 24hr notice will be deducted from your package. You understand and agree that consistent absenteeism without notice may result in the cancelation of your sessions without refund.
