We decided we wanted to open a space that was down to earth, positive, welcoming, and just a heck of a lot of fun to train at. Its important to us to be accessible, fair, and encouraging to everyone who wants to get their sweat on. Whether you want to go all out in our fitness classes, find your zen in yoga, or bring out your inner warrior in our martial arts classes, we're dedicated to helping you towards your goals. Danny Di Marco
Martial Arts & Fitness Instructor
What's up Warriors? I'm Danny. I've been training in martial arts for my entire life. It all started back in 1996 when my younger brother wanted to try Tae Kwon Do lessons. My mom was bringing him for a trial and asked if I wanted to come along for the ride. I was bored at home, doing what I always did....nothing. So I said sure. Well, long story short, I came, I saw, I never looked back. For the last 30 years I've been utterly addicted to learning as much about martial arts and fitness as I could and have so far earn a 5th Degree Black Belt and Taekwondo, and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Haidong Gumdo (Korean Samurai Sword). It has transformed my life. I was a painfully shy, overweight, unhappy kid. But over time, martial arts helped me gain confidence in myself and taught me that if I was willing to do the work, there was nothing I couldn't accomplish. The best part of my job is that I get to help students every day to learn exactly that about themselves.
As a young adult, getting my Personal Training certification changed me even further. So here I am, still learning and growing and loving every step of the journey. Are you ready to start yours?
Ania Di Marco
Fitness & Yoga Instructor
Hi, I'm Ania. I started practicing yoga way back in 2006, and boxing in 2015. It sounds totally cliche but both literally saved my life...like really. Both yoga and boxing came into my life during times of huge change, and both were exactly the outlets I needed at the time. Yoga taught me about stillness and space; how to stop, pay attention and act, not react. Boxing taught me about power, and action; to decide something and go for it, believing you can get there. Doing both has taught me about balance and the importance of movement. Find what works for you, what you love to do and move you body!
I did my yoga teacher training in 2011, followed by a personal training certification in 2016. I've been leading classes and doing one on one training ever since. Come join me and discover what our classes can teach you about yourself.
